University of North Dakota ~ LEADS Communication Intern (August 2026 - Present) 
I work as the Communication Intern for the UND LEADS strategic plan. In this role, I assist with finding events that align with the strategic plan and reaching out to events organizers for collaboration. I also assist with the writing of UNDToday LEADS-related stories that highlight the core concepts of the strategic plan. Other areas include assisting with LEADS-related events and attending LEADS meetings to contribute my perspective to the strategic plan and its goals.

Bismarck State College ~ The Mystician Editor (August 2024 - August 2026)
While taking communication classes in college, I worked on the student media staff as content editor for the monthly (and later biweekly) newspaper publication. During my second year of college I moved into the position of The Mystician Co-Editor, and later that summer, the Editor-In-Chief. I did a variety of work, such as reporting, interviewing sources, editing articles, laying out the newspaper, managing the Mystic Media website, creating social media posts, creating a newsletter, and event planning and promotion.

Bismarck State College ~ Resident Assistant (August 2025 - Dec 2025)
I worked as a Resident Assistant in Swensen Hall for the Fall 2025 semester at BSC. I assisted the Residence Hall Coordinator in daily tasks, planned, organized, and created advertising for programs that residents could attend. I also completed nightly rounds to make sure the dorms I was assigned to check were safe and secure.

Morton County News Journal ~ News Reporter (June 2025 - August 2025)
I worked an internship at the Morton County News Journal in Mandan N.D. I acquired an international student work visa (CPT) for the summer and gained experience in news photography, interviewing, and writing stories. I was assigned stories or I sought them out myself. I attended events and made connections with interviewees in Mandan and New Salem.

Self-Employed ~ Piano Teacher (Jan 2023 - June 2024)
I taught children piano lessons during my high school years. After starting with three students, I ended up with 15 students in total, including one adult as well. At the end of the year I held a piano recital for my students.

Saskatchewan Hockey Association ~ SHA Referee Official (Nov 2019 - Dec 2023)
I worked as a hockey referee and worked as a linesman at hockey games as well. I learned how to be observant and react quickly and logically in order to make calls, such as penalties.

Bock & Company Law Office ~ Receptionist (July 2023 - August 2023)
I worked as a receptionist at a law office. My work included answering phone calls, setting up appointments, getting files ready for appointments, and helping file around the office as well.

Rocanville Pharmacy ~ Customer Service (Jan 2022 - June 2023)
I worked as a cashier at my hometown's pharmacy. I worked through a transition period as the business was being sold and moved to new ownership. Jobs included cleaning, working the till, helping customers find items, and stocking shelves.

Fafard Farm ~ Farmhand (Jan 2011 - Present)
I have worked on my family's farm since I was old enough to. I have helped with animal chores, driving machinery, and other projects such as setting up fence or lawn mowing. I continue to work on the farm whenever I visit home.
