The Mandan Raging Rivers Waterpark hosted Everybody Swims on July 1 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. The event was open to special needs or differently abled children and their family members to experience Raging Rivers in a fun and inclusive environment. A new kayak launch at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park provides visitors with a new way to explore the park. Thanks to the help of an anonymous donor, the launch was recently placed along the banks of the Missouri River and is free to use. The park does not offer kayak rentals, so visitors must bring their own to the launch.
